精勝 XRF熒光配套自動(dòng)粉末壓片機(jī)

JZP-X系列熒光專用壓片機(jī)是我公司在自動(dòng)壓片機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上升級(jí)改款研制出的一種專為X射線熒光光譜儀配套的設(shè)備。采用智能程序控制，多段精準(zhǔn)控壓，自動(dòng)加壓、保壓，一鍵脫模, 具有造型美觀，體積小，操作簡(jiǎn)單制樣效果好，效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，專機(jī)專用，適合專業(yè)熒光實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用。

一、Machine Introduction

JZP-X fluorescent specialized tablet press is a kind of equipment specially developed for X-ray fluorescence spectrometer on the basis of automatic tablet press. It adopts intelligent program control, multi-stage accurate pressure control, automatic pressure, pressure holding, one-key demolding. It has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small size, simple operation, good sampling effect, high efficiency etc. It is a dedicated machine and is suitable for use in high-end professional fluorescence laboratories.

三、機(jī)器操作指南：

Equipment Operation Instruction:

1、設(shè)置步驟：

插上電源，按下后背板開關(guān)，設(shè)備進(jìn)入通電階段，屏幕自動(dòng)亮起，進(jìn)入主界面，按下屏幕【設(shè)置】按鈕，進(jìn)入【壓力設(shè)置】頁(yè)面：

1、Setup steps:

Plug in the power supply, press the back panel switch, the device enters the power-on stage, the screen will automatically light up, enter the main interface, press the screen [Settings] button, enter the [Pressure Settings] page

>加壓階段：1-5階段，可根據(jù)需求任意設(shè)置；

Pressurization stage: 1-5 stages, which can be set arbitrarily according to demand

>模具類型：本機(jī)為熒光專用壓片機(jī)，點(diǎn)擊【設(shè)置】，進(jìn)入設(shè)置界面，選擇模具類型為圓形，直徑輸入“40"，系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)計(jì)算模具承受壓強(qiáng)。

Mould type: This machine is a  fluorescent specialized tablet press, click [Settings] to enter the setting interface, select the mould type as round, enter "40" for diameter, and the system will automatically calculate the pressure of the mold.

>壓力設(shè)定：當(dāng)選擇加壓階段為“1"時(shí)，則只能設(shè)置1條加壓數(shù)據(jù)，以此類推；后面階段值不能小于前面的壓力值，但不能超過(guò)壓片機(jī)最大壓力值。

Pressure setting: When the pressurization stage is selected as "1", only one pressurization data can be set, and so on, and the value of the later stage cannot be less than the pressure value of the previous stage, but cannot exceed the maximum pressure value of the tablet press.

>補(bǔ)壓設(shè)定：保壓階段（上圖保壓時(shí)間30秒）內(nèi)壓力掉到補(bǔ)壓值時(shí)（如上圖4.9噸），電機(jī)會(huì)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)補(bǔ)壓到設(shè)定壓力值5.0噸，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行剩余的保壓階段。制樣時(shí)隨著樣品的不斷變形會(huì)有些許的掉壓，這個(gè)是正常現(xiàn)象，如果您對(duì)壓樣壓力要求較高，可以用默認(rèn)的差值 ，如果不想頻繁補(bǔ)壓，可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整上、下限的差值。

Pressure compensation setting: when the pressure drops to the compensation value (such as 4.9 tons in the picture above) during the pressure holding stage (30 seconds holding time in the picture above), the motor will automatically start to compensate the pressure to the set pressure value of 5.0 tons, and then continue to carry out the remaining pressure holding stage. With the continuous deformation of the sample, there will be a slight pressure drop, this is a normal phenomenon, if you have higher requirements for the pressure of the sample, you can use the default difference, if you do not want to make up the pressure frequently, you can adjust the difference between the upper and lower limits appropriately

>保壓時(shí)間：（N秒）任意設(shè)置，每個(gè)階段均可以獨(dú)立設(shè)置壓力值和保壓時(shí)間，當(dāng)您不需要太長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保壓時(shí)，建議將時(shí)間設(shè)置短一點(diǎn)，可以更快自動(dòng)泄壓。

Pressure holding time: no time limit (N seconds) can be set arbitrarily. Each stage can independently set the pressure value and pressure holding time. When you do not need to hold pressure for too long, it is recommended to set the time shorter so that it can automatically release the pressure faster.

>模具壓強(qiáng)：輸入的模具類型、尺寸，根據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)的壓力值，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)計(jì)算出模具承受的壓強(qiáng)。特別提醒，一定要注意模具承壓上限，切勿隨意設(shè)定壓力值，以免模具損壞，甚至造成危險(xiǎn)。

Mould pressure: Input mould type and size, according to the real pressure value, the system will automatically calculate the mould bearing pressure. As a special reminder, be sure to pay attention to the upper limit of the mould pressure, do not arbitrarily set the pressure value, so as not to damage the mold, or even cause danger.

時(shí)間設(shè)置：點(diǎn)擊時(shí)間設(shè)置后面的小方框，便可以直接修改時(shí)間，修改完成后要再次點(diǎn)擊【設(shè)定時(shí)間】按方能保存。

Time Setting: Click the small box behind the time setting, then you can directly modify the time, after the modification is completed, you need to click the [Set Time] button again to save.

脫模壓力設(shè)置：小模具特別注意，脫模壓力不宜過(guò)大；如遇大模具無(wú)法脫模時(shí)，可適當(dāng)增加脫模壓力，但務(wù)必要注意模具規(guī)格的變化，不要輕易設(shè)置。

Demoulding pressure setting: special attention should be paid to small moulds, demoulding pressure should not be too high, if large moulds can not be demoulded, the demoulding pressure can be appropriately increased, but be sure to pay attention to the changes of mold specifications, and do not set it easily.

蜂鳴器：默認(rèn)出廠時(shí)都是【開】，如不用點(diǎn)擊便可關(guān)閉。

Buzzer: By default, it is [on] when it leaves the factory, and it can be turned off without clicking.

語(yǔ)言設(shè)置：【中文】和【英語(yǔ)】，可根據(jù)需求選擇合適的語(yǔ)言，點(diǎn)擊切換后保存。

Language settings: [Chinese] and [English], you can select the appropriate language according to your needs, click to switch and save.

亮度：直接在方框內(nèi)修改合適的亮度，設(shè)置后要再次點(diǎn)擊【設(shè)定亮度】

以上所有的設(shè)置，在設(shè)定結(jié)束后都要點(diǎn)擊“保存"。

Brightness: Modify the appropriate brightness directly in the box. After setting, click [Set Brightness] again.

For all the above settings, click "Save" after the settings are completed.

保存和返回：當(dāng)所有數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)定完畢時(shí)，點(diǎn)擊保存按鈕，進(jìn)入主界面，可啟動(dòng)加壓程序；當(dāng)不需要改動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)，可直接點(diǎn)擊返回按鈕，回到主頁(yè)面。

Save and Return: When all the data are set, click the Save button to enter the main interface, which can start the pressurization program; when there is no need to change the data, you can directly click the Return button to go back to the main page.

2、啟動(dòng)加壓：Start pressurization:

當(dāng)壓力設(shè)置完畢后，可點(diǎn)擊主界面啟動(dòng)按鈕，開始加壓（加壓前，務(wù)必確保正確放置模具），請(qǐng)關(guān)注主界面實(shí)時(shí)壓力數(shù)據(jù)，和模具實(shí)際情況，及時(shí)調(diào)整機(jī)器狀態(tài)；

如遇緊急情況，可點(diǎn)擊屏幕中的停止按鈕，停止加壓；也可直接按下機(jī)器頂部的急停開關(guān)按鈕，緊急停止機(jī)器工作。

When the pressure setting is completed, you can click the start button in the main interface to start pressurization (before pressurizing, make sure that the mould is placed correctly), please pay attention to the real-time pressure data in the main interface, and the actual situation of the mould, and adjust the status of the machine in time;

In case of emergency, you can click the stop button in the screen to stop pressurization; you can also directly press the emergency stop switch button on the top of the machine to stop the machine in emergency.

3、點(diǎn)擊脫模：Click to release mold:

脫模其實(shí)也是一種加壓，樣品壓好泄壓后，松開上面的上板擺臂，（注意上板不要遮擋模具），點(diǎn)擊脫模按鈕，樣品會(huì)自動(dòng)頂出，待加壓停止后，拿走壓桿，取出樣品。

Demoulding is actually a kind of pressurization. After the sample is pressed and the pressure is relieved, release the upper plate swing arm (note that the upper plate does not block the mold), click the demoulding button, and the sample will be ejected automatically. After the pressurization stops, , take away the pressure rod and take out the sample.

4、數(shù)據(jù)管理：每次啟動(dòng)加壓數(shù)據(jù)均可自動(dòng)保存，方便對(duì)比與查看，并可通過(guò)U盤將壓樣的數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出。如若要再次使用哪條組數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)擊復(fù)制即可，這樣可快速壓樣，不要的數(shù)據(jù)可直接刪除或全部清空。

Data management: The pressurization data can be automatically saved every time it starts, which is convenient for comparison and viewing, and the data of the pressure sample can be exported through the U disk. If you want to use which group of data again, click to copy, so that you can quickly press the sample, and the data does not need can be deleted directly or cleared entirely.

四、操作演示

Operation demonstration

?1、打開壓片機(jī)的懸臂取出模具壓桿，放上漏斗,先將樣品放進(jìn)腔體，然后在樣品周圍加上硼酸。

?Open the cantilever of the tablet press, take out the mold pressure rod, put the funnel on, first put the sample into the cavity, and then add boric acid around the sample

?2、取出漏斗，放上模具壓桿并輕輕旋轉(zhuǎn)，關(guān)上懸臂，一定要卡緊。

?Take out the funnel, put the mold pressure rod on and rotate it gently, close the cantilever, and be sure to tighten it.

?3、點(diǎn)擊顯示屏直接修改模具直徑、制樣壓力及補(bǔ)壓壓力和保壓時(shí)間。【可設(shè)置多段加壓、保壓】。

?Click the display to directly modify the mold diameter, sample making pressure and pressure compensation pressure and pressure holding time. [Multiple stages of pressurization and pressure holding can be set]

?4、擊啟動(dòng)按鈕開始加壓,加壓完成后自動(dòng)泄壓。

?Click the start button to start pressurizing, and the pressure will be released automatically after the pressurization is completed.

?5，加壓完成后，將懸臂往后推，拿出壓桿，點(diǎn)擊脫模鍵，樣品被頂出。

?After the pressurization is completed, push the cantilever back, take out the pressure rod, click the release button, and the sample will be ejected.

?6，將壓好的樣品取出并及時(shí)清潔模具及壓片機(jī)周圍的粉末。

?Take out the pressed sample and clean the powder around the mold and tablet press in time

六、使用和保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng)：Precautions for use and maintenance:

1、將樣品放入模具腔體后放上壓桿，旋轉(zhuǎn)一下壓桿，將模具放在絲杠頭的正下方，輕輕旋轉(zhuǎn)壓片機(jī)的絲杠往下壓一下，確保此時(shí)壓桿是垂直的，稍稍感覺壓不動(dòng)了再啟動(dòng)加壓。

Put the sample into the mold cavity and put the pressure rod on it. Rotate the pressure rod. Place the mold directly under the screw head. Gently rotate the screw of the tablet press and press down. Make sure that the pressure rod is vertical at that time. If you feel that you can’t press it anymore, start the pressurization again.

2、設(shè)置壓力時(shí)切勿超過(guò)模具能承壓的上限。

When setting the pressure, do not exceed the upper limit of the pressure that the mold can bear.

3、每次試驗(yàn)完畢，要及時(shí)清理機(jī)器表面殘留物，特別是油缸、屏幕及電路附近的散落粉末、水跡、油污等，導(dǎo)電或易腐蝕材料污垢需更加注意，要及時(shí)清理保養(yǎng)；

After each test, the residues on the surface of the machine should be cleaned up in time, especially the scattered powder, water traces, oil stains etc. near the oil cylinder, screen and circuit.More attention should be paid to the dirt of conductive or corrosive materials,and timely cleaning and maintenance should be carried out.

4、不定期檢查機(jī)器螺栓是否牢固，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題第一時(shí)間緊固，切不可大意；

Check whether the machine bolts are firm from time to time, and tighten them as soon as possible if any problems are found. Do not be careless.

5、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)，建議切斷電源，觸摸屏表面附上一層薄膜；

When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to cut off the power supply and attach a film to the surface of the touch screen.
